ART THERAPY SERVICES
Sydney Art Therapy provides individual art therapy for children 9-12 years and young people aged 12 - 25 years old.
We specialise in providing art therapy for young persons with; a disability, neurodiversity, complex trauma, ptsd, eating disorders, anxiety, depression & mental health conditions. Young people experiencing bereavement, bullying, social isolation, phobias, changing families, transitioning from primary to secondary school, academic pressures and young people exploring LGBTQI+ & gender identity.
This service is for children and young persons who are able to make it into the studio for individual face to face Art Therapy.
It is the traditional Art Therapy model where the young person benefits from coming into a neutral space and being able to leave everything behind in the therapeutic space.
The art therapy studio is based in Bellevue Hill Sydney.
All art materials are supplied.
Each session is 60 minutes.
At Sydney Art Therapy we believe ALL people should have access to art therapy. Not everyone has the capacity to travel to the art therapy studio due to disability or physical and mental health.
This is why we go the extra mile, to bring art therapy to you.
The Mobile Art Therapy kit includes the following art materials;
Paint, Fimo, colour pencils, oil pastels, mixed media materials. Water colour paper, art journal, boards, brushes, glue, sharpener, rubber and stickers.

All art materials are supplied.
Each session is 60 minutes
Online Art Therapy is provided using the secure digital video conferencing platform - Zoom.
You will make art and experience the therapeutic process via a tablet, smart phone or desktop computer in your chosen venue.
It is very different to face to face art therapy as the client sets up the space, supplies their own art materials and is in their chosen venue.
Details on setting up Zoom and FAQ will be provided in a handout.
